Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, organisation, email, phone, project details) when you submit an inquiry through our contact form. With your consent, we also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, session duration, referral source). No personal data is sent to Google Analytics.
How we use your data
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your request and assess project fit. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by applicable law or with IFI partners under mutual confidentiality agreements.
Data storage & retention
Data is stored in EU-region Firebase infrastructure under Google's GDPR-compliant data processing terms. Project inquiry data is retained for 5 years to support ongoing project evaluation. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@wattrex.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website uses essential session cookies required for form submission. With your explicit consent, we set Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure site usage in anonymised, aggregated form. Analytics cookies are only activated after you click Accept in the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or declining on revisit.
Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Vercel (EU regions). Contact form data is stored in Firebase Firestore (EU region). If you consent to analytics, anonymised usage data is sent to Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) under standard contractual clauses. IP anonymisation is enabled. No advertising platforms receive your data.
